Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not do when using Nupick.
This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of Nupick.
1. General Rule
You may use Nupick only for lawful, authorized, responsible, and human-reviewed purposes.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Nupick to:
- (a) violate law, regulation, court order, contract, or third-party rights;
- (b) infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or data-protection rights;
- (c) generate, distribute, or assist malware, ransomware, credential theft, phishing, unauthorized access, botnets, spam, or cyber abuse;
- (d) commit fraud, impersonation, deception, identity theft, financial abuse, or social engineering;
- (e) unlawfully collect, scrape, process, disclose, sell, or exploit personal data;
- (f) harass, threaten, exploit, abuse, defame, or discriminate against others;
- (g) generate unlawful sexual, exploitative, abusive, or violent content;
- (h) bypass paywalls, CAPTCHAs, access controls, rate limits, robots restrictions, or technical protections unlawfully;
- (i) misuse third-party AI providers, API keys, connectors, databases, websites, or accounts;
- (j) interfere with Nupick’s security, licensing, update systems, telemetry controls, or integrity.
3. Prohibited High-Risk Uses
During beta, you may not use Nupick for:
- (a) healthcare diagnosis;
- (b) legal advice;
- (c) financial trading;
- (d) employment screening;
- (e) insurance eligibility;
- (f) credit decisions;
- (g) biometric identification;
- (h) children’s profiling;
- (i) weapons-related use;
- (j) surveillance;
- (k) safety-critical systems;
- (l) life-critical systems;
- (m) any final or sole decision in a high-impact context.
4. Connector Rules
When using connectors, you must:
- (a) connect only sources you are authorized to access;
- (b) comply with third-party terms and workplace policies;
- (c) protect credentials;
- (d) avoid sending restricted data to cloud AI providers unless lawful and approved;
- (e) validate outputs before relying on them.
5. Cloud AI Rules
When using cloud AI models, you must:
- (a) review provider terms;
- (b) use only API keys and accounts you are authorized to use;
- (c) accept responsibility for provider charges and account consequences;
- (d) avoid sending sensitive or regulated data unless you have authority and accept the risk;
- (e) review outputs before relying on them.
6. Enforcement
Nupick AI Private Limited may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to beta, account features, update services, cloud-connected features, support, licensing, or enterprise services if this policy is violated.
