Beta Terms

These Beta Terms apply to your participation in the Nupick beta program.

1. Invite-Only Access

1.1 Nupick beta is invite-only.

1.2 Users may request access through nupick.ai, but access is granted only after approval by the founder and/or Nupick team.

1.3 Nupick AI Private Limited may accept, reject, limit, suspend, or revoke beta access at any time.

2. Free Beta

2.1 The current beta is free.

2.2 No payment is required during beta.

2.3 Free beta access does not guarantee free lifetime access.

2.4 Nupick may later introduce paid plans, subscriptions, enterprise licenses, usage-based cloud credits, device limits, or other commercial terms.

3. Not Production Ready

3.1 Beta builds are experimental and not production-ready.

3.2 Beta builds may contain bugs, errors, performance issues, security issues, incomplete features, inaccurate AI outputs, or data-loss risks.

3.3 Beta features may change, break, be limited, or be removed without notice.

4. Sensitive Data Warning

4.1 Beta users should avoid using sensitive, regulated, confidential, or production data.

4.2 This includes health data, legal data, financial data, children’s data, government identifiers, biometric data, trade secrets, confidential business data, customer data, employment data, and regulated industry data.

5. Telemetry in Beta

5.1 Telemetry may be enabled by default in beta builds.

5.2 Users can disable telemetry from settings.

5.3 Telemetry is used for debugging, QA, stability, and product improvement.

5.4 Logs may accidentally include sensitive fragments.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 You must keep non-public beta information confidential.

6.2 You may not publicly share screenshots, videos, demos, recordings, internal workflows, unreleased features, or access-restricted product details without prior written permission.

6.3 You may be required to sign a separate NDA.

7. Feedback

7.1 Feedback and bug reports are optional but encouraged.

7.2 Nupick AI Private Limited may use feedback freely to improve, develop, commercialize, and support Nupick without compensation.

8. High-Risk Use Restrictions

8.1 During beta, you must not use Nupick for healthcare diagnosis, legal advice, financial trading, employment screening, insurance eligibility, credit decisions, biometric identification, children’s profiling, weapons-related use, surveillance, or safety-critical systems.

8.2 You must not use Nupick as the sole or final basis for high-stakes decisions.

9. Termination of Beta Access

9.1 Nupick AI Private Limited may revoke beta access at any time.

9.2 Upon revocation, you must stop using beta builds and uninstall them if requested.
